Our Financial Policy

  • New Patient Policy: We require 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please read the email sent to you on how to prepare for your first appointment.
  • Payment Policy: All payments are due in full and must be made at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and/or FSA/HSA cards.
  • Late Policy: Patients are expected to arrive in good time for their appointments. If a patient is late, the treatment will end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals are responsible for the full treatment rate of the booked service.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for returning patients. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24-hours or missed (no show) appointments will be charged 50% rate of booked service automatically.

We work as healthcare providers and DO NOT ACCEPT GRATUITIES. All of our treatments and services are therapeutic and an integral part and vital component of health care. Recognizing that each one of us has a busy life and schedule to maintain, we’ve outlined estimated timelines of services below. The length of time listed with each service is an approximation of the duration of your visit, not length of time on the table.

FSA / HSA – Flexible Spending Account / Health Savings Account

The flexible spending arrangement allows employees to deduct money from payroll and transfer it into an account pretax. The funds are available during the year for the reimbursement of certain types of expenses. Acupuncture is an eligible medical expense for flex spending accounts.
